Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport hotel

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 5 day holiday at the Best Western Nada Don Mueang AirPort Hotel. Our room was modern, very attractive and comfortable. The location was perfect with a Testco Lotus Supermarket and a Swenson’s Ice-cream shop directly across the road, a sky train station only a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, and the famous Ying Charen Market only four train stops away. The service by all hotel staff was consistently welcoming, attentive, helpful, friendly, prompt and competent. The housekeeping staff kept our room fresh and clean and neat. It was a pleasure to be greeted at every buffet breakfast by the General Manager John. He demonstrated a delightful, friendly, knowledgeable, competent and collaborative leadership style with both guests and staff. The hotel was fully booked due to several hundred high school science teachers attending a conference and yet the breakfast seating and service was incredibly well organized.

The hotel offers a great variety of breakfast options. It’s only a 3-minute drive from DMK Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was a bit of traffic noise at night. When we arrived and departed, we were warmly assisted by Jack, who always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again every time I visit Thailand!

Staff were excellent and so was the manager. We were made to feel very welcome and that was throughout the whole duration of our stay we found the price very cheap for exceptional services, we had just previously stayed in 4 5 star hotels in Thailand and nothing compares to this hotel. It was so clean you could have eaten off the floor at reception I’ll definitely be staying again if I’m travelling out of Don Muang Airport

Breakfast was ok. Location was good for what I needed to do, where I needed to be etc. Also, when my flight was delayed meaning my arrival at the hotel was on the day after I was originally expected, the hotel kindly changed my booking with no fuss, and no extra charge. Thank you for this.

A great hotel to stay when you’re getting ready to fly out of Don Mueang International Airport. I’ve been looking for a nice hotel to serve as a stopover when flying out of Don Mueang, and I’ve finally found it. They have good clean comfortable rooms with a nice hotel shower, which is important. The breakfast buffet had everything you need to start the day. I definitely recommend.
